What we require from tradespeople:

Certifications. The company must be in possession of relevant certifications, such as:

- Gas Safe
- CSCS
- Competent Person Scheme
- NICEIC
- NAPIT

Qualifications. The company must meet these requirements:

- Been operational for more than three year with good references
- Be VAT-registered
- Be financially robust
- Have liability insurance
- A minimum of 200.000 £ in revenue last year
